He successively served as director of the Finance Department of China Poly Group Corporation Limited, chief accountant of Poly International Holdings Limited, chairman and general manager of Poly Finance Co., Ltd., chairman of Poly Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and deputy chief accountant of China Poly Group Corporation Limited. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and chief accountant of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd.

He previously served successively as Deputy Dean of the Design Branch of Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute; Deputy Dean, Member of the CPC Committee, Executive Vice Dean and Dean of Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute; Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee, Executive Director and General Manager, then Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute Corporation Ltd.; Director, Vice President, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd.; and Assistant to the General Manager of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd.He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and deputy general manager of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., and chairman of Ningxia Building Materials Group Co., Ltd.

He successively served as director of the Planning and Development Department and deputy Party secretary and director of the Technology Center of CLFG, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of CLFG International Engineering Co., Ltd., and deputy director and director of the Technology Management Department of China National Building Materials Group Corporation.
